If I could give more stars than 5, I 1000% would in a heartbeat. I visited for the first time and had mixed ideas as to what I wanted. I was looked after so well and with such professionalism, Simeon was absolutely amazing, he did the most perfect job and I am absolutely in love with the colour. Thank you so much, i will be highly recommending to everyone. There's a reason why you guys are the best salon.<br>A++++++++

I had such a lovely experience getting my hair cut with Angel! She is a next generation stylist, and was so kind, attentive, and made the whole appointment really enjoyable. My hair feels so much healthier now. She fixed the back so it looks fuller and created a really nice frame around my face. Thanks, Angel!

Thank you to the whole team, for always helping me feel relaxed and like I have a sense of belonging 🪷 Everyone has been kind, warm, inviting, friendly, exceptional at their job and very professional when responding to feedback (thank you to Donna & Olive 🤗) The relaxing room and cuppa after a massage adds the extra special touch, to understanding the time it takes for the body and mind to transition between a spa treatment and the real world. I have known some therapists and reception staff since 2015 and I have felt at home every time I visited the Lower Hutt branch. When some treatments have been pretty intimate, I have always felt trusting of every therapist. Everyone in the spa, salon and reception care deeply about the wellbeing of their clients and for that, I am so very grateful that you continue to provide a service that helps me feel better every time I visit 💖 Arohanui, Kerrie xox
