How can we feel more grounded in our voice, in our expression? 

Do we feel the voice is a narrow corridor of manifestation in which we try to "squeeze" our message? 
Do we feel we need to "push" our words outwardly to be heard? How would it be if we felt our voice stable and relaxed, grounded and spacious, strong and gentle?

I am inviting you to this new voice-release session with a focus on rediscovering the connection between the apparently separate levels of the physical- and energy-body. 

We explore the continuity between these levels and release any "bottlenecks" we discover on the "energetic highway" of the voice. You also have the opportunity to become aware of the subtle mental blocks that are restricting our spontaneous expression.

Full Body Resonance

I am offering this audio recorded workshop to support anyone who might have neglected the potential of their voice so far.
When we rediscover the free-flow of the voice our relationship with emotions can also change, becoming more confident in feeling them (as we practice and get more confident in releasing them and so realize they really are transient unless we hold on to them).
We will start with a psychosomatic release practice by using our voice, breath and awareness. This has the purpose not only to clear and refresh the energy body, but to release deep tensions in our physiology and replenish the reservoir of vitality substantially.

Then we will practice meeting with our voice courageously and without judgement, directly experiencing its different flavors and the joy of letting the sounds come freely through and out of our bodies.


Voicing with Confidence!

Many of us use our voice for singing mantras and songs of contemplation and we can find it challenging to be ”completely in” the sound. To integrate totally with the spiritual energy or the state of mind that the mantras and the songs carry would mean to feel that our physical body, energy and mind are ”one with” the sound. And we might think we should work harder, practice more, sing more - which many times might be the case!

But oftentimes there is an underlying challenge at a basic level - the relationship we have with our own normal human voice. How can we go totally in the "sacred sounds" if we have resistance towards the very "sound instrument"?

How easily can we integrate with our voice if we let the voice spontaneously express our emotions? 
Can we enjoy our ”voice of joy”?
Can we allow ourselves to feel and enjoy the energy of our ”voice of anger”?
How would it feel if we tried to transmit through voice the deepest love and compassion we can feel in our chest?

There is potential for clarity and wisdom in the head, heart and gut areas. Normally, due to our individual constitution, we tend to overestimate the importance of one of these (we tend to be either too rational, too emotional or too instinctual). I invite you to an experience of regaining somatic awareness and ease in these 3 areas of the body and also, in the unifying vibrations of your own voice, experience a sort of synchronising between these (you might even feel the whole body as one resonating whole). Then, with practice, the benefits of maintaining awareness in all these 3 areas and listening to their "signals" will surely manifest as regards our own health, wellbeing, decision-making etc.
