Misson: To provide a virtual, holistic and affirming LGBTQ+ mental health and wellness space. Including education and training for professionals. Our unique view of holistic mental health honors the queer experience and intersectionality. We use our lived experiences to meet you where you are. Vision: A world where queer folx are supported in every area of their lives, and professionals transform by honoring and listening to lived experience paired with expert guidance. We aim for Releasing the Phoenix to become a staple in LGBTQ+ holistic mental health & wellness, accessible broadly through its virtual format. Paired with education, training, and expert guidance for professionals on highly stigmatized disorders and the queer experience, we are dedicated to increasing compassionate care and understanding.
