Question 2

I have a billing issue or need to update my payment information. Who should I contact?

Accepted Answer

If you need to update your payment information or have any billing concerns, please contact Lendcare Customer Service at 1-866-291-4045, option #2.

If you wish to pay off your loan in full, please contact the Lendcare Billing Department at 1-877-819-0307.

You may also contact our office for your loan reference number, but please note that we cannot call or act on your behalf, as billing inquiries involve personal and sensitive financial information. Additionally, we do not have access to any of your financial details—only our financing partner, Lendcare Financial Services, can assist with changes or updates.

Question 3

I emailed my information to rainbowrequests@gmail.com. When will I receive my cheque?

Accepted Answer

Once we receive your email, we’ll submit your program for verification with the head office. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing due to high program volume.

To qualify, your program must meet the following requirements:

1. 14/2 Program: At least 2 A-Line approved sales
2. 12/3 Program: At least 3 A-Line approved sales

We also recommend booking a few extra appointments in case any are disqualified during verification. Thanks for your patience! Once your cheque is ready, we will notify you through the marketing team, and it can be picked up after the Open House Event. Thank you for your patience!

Question 4

I only completed six referrals within 45 days. Can I still get $2,150 (half the money) for the Book and Ride Program?

Accepted Answer

We totally understand how important this is! However, to receive half the money ($2,150), you need to complete 12 demos with 3 A-Line Sales (Option 1).

To get the full $4,300, you'll need to:
✅ Complete 12 demos with 3 A-Line Sales
✅ Make sure your first six appointments are done within 45 days
