I have been into Purdies again today and such welcoming staff, one of them who is the owner. Today they had two new fillings for their homemade pies - kebab meat with Kebab Sauce and Kebab meat with Chasni sauce and a couple of filled rolls, finished with a valentine themed empire biscuit. This was for two of us not all for myself. Both pies were well filled and enough sauce to to run down when bit into, we had a bacon roll and a Link Sausage roll which were also delicious with plenty bacon to fill the roll, and a choice of sauce, to drink we had the pink lemonade and tropical cooler which are so refreshing. I could not recommend Purdies more, good to support local independent businesses. Thank you team Purdies

Delighted with my birthday cake purchase.   Perfect for my husbands 50th birthday party. Got exactly what I asked for based on an inspiration pic I found online.  Looked and tasted lovely.  Thanks so much.

I have recently been into Purdies over a few different days after seeing some content on social media regarding the pie selection with different fillings. I have been served by a few different staff including the owner who was nothing but pleasant, I was in the other day and they had no soup left, but as I was not feeling well I didn’t want anything else apart from soup and an iced cooler, however the owner said if I could wait she had just finished making another pot but would need to blend it and I could get some, that’s is A1 customer service as I have witnessed other places just saying none left sorry. The macaroni pie, steak pie, chicken curry pie and breakfast pie that I have had were all lovely, the old school caramel slice was delicious, I have also heated it slightly with some ice cream is also delicious. And the empire biscuits are delicious the lemon is my favourite. I will do more reviews on some of the other products but this is one place that I would recommend
