I was at Hop & Sting Brewery and decided to grab a quick bite before heading out. Although I didn’t try any of the BBQ items on the menu, the Spanish potatoes and avocado lime slaw certainly didn’t disappoint. Both were flavorful and made for a great snack to wrap up the visit.

Such a vibe. The food is so good. Especially the wagyu brisket and turkey. Usually turkey at bbq spots are dry but no, these bois do it right even with a little spice to it.<br><br>My favorite is the lamb and brisket. It’s all so good and just a solid crew all around. I got much love for small businesses and these bois put in the work!!

Eh, it was good but not amazing.  The portions were way too small.  Picture shows what $55 gets you - no drinks or apps.

I ordered ribs/turkey/slaw/potatoes.  I got two ribs and one slice of turkey, taters and slaw were good but nothing earth shattering.

My son ordered ribs/twinkies/rice/mac.  Two ribs and two twinkies, is all he got.

This is a food truck too - so it's not like the cost of the food has to pay building overhead...

The girl who took our order was very nice and courteous.
