I found it a very powerful and transformational experience and my state of being was totally different after it..

I felt emotionally lighter and it felt as though I released a lot of negative energy and trauma.

What I also found really unique about this breathwork was the ability to release through the screaming..

I also loved the music and the guided words which were very positive and uplifting.

I had the privilege to attend the 9D breathwork, a session  orchestrated by Nassima. Before the session, I had my doubts. Am I going to really benefit from it? I was for weeks suffering stress and anxiety.  After the session and until now, I have been completely a different person. The amount of positive energy absorbed by my body and soul is beyond imagination. My first experience with Nassima’s 9D Breathwork was at her inaugural session at DIFC Gate. I went in curious but without really knowing what to expect. Since then, I have attended every breathwork session she has hosted, which says a lot about the impact these experiences have had on me. For me, breathwork has become a powerful tool to reset, release stress, gain clarity, and reconnect with myself. Each session is different, yet I always leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a renewed sense of perspective. What sets Nassima apart is her ability to create a safe, welcoming space while guiding the experience with authenticity, care, and professionalism.
