This company makes harassing calls to your business and refuse to stop. I was busy and told the person I did not have time for this call and hung up. He called back 4 more times!!!  He gave me his number and after hanging up, called back to quiz me on the number that I took to be sure it was correct. How is this even appropriate?? And even IF it was a possibility, I wouldn't do anything due to their harassing nature.

We have rejected their sales calls at least 9 times, repeatedly said we are not interested in their service and demanded to be taken off the call list and they continue to call our business asking for different members of leadership hoping to get a different answer. One of the MOST OBNOXIOUS companies I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. - EDIT to add regarding the reply below that says to call and ask to be added to the do not call list - I have asked SEVERAL times to be removed from the call list which should be the same as being added to the do not call list and yet the calls continue. I have made it ABUNDANTLY clear that we are not interested. When you reject the first person and ask to be removed they say, "let me make this easy for you" and transfer you to a "supervisor" who attempts to continue the hard sell. I don't care if they are offering FREE utilities, I would NEVER do business with a company that behaves the way this one has.

EDIT March 11, 2025 (one week after original review): I blocked the number they called from last time. They called 3 times back to back this time before leaving a PUSHY and obnoxious voicemail. They left a phone number to call back. I called back and it went to a HOTEL. I double checked that I called the number the woman left - I did. Why leave a fake phone number? Currently waiting on hold with the number this SCAM of a company left below my original review. Have yet to speak to an actual human.

STOP CALLING ME. I'M NOT USING YOUR SCAM COMPANY.

EDIT AGAIN March 11th: Finally spoke with someone who was incredibly rude and pushy and reluctant to take me off the call list. Dude told me to remain professional and polite meanwhile every voicemail I've received from them is anything BUT professional or polite - and then hung up on me. For your sake, I hope you took me off your call list.

Calling back to back to back and leaving pushy voicemails is NOT any way to do business. Borderline harassment - and they will use different numbers to continue calling, so it's no use even blocking their number.
Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely a terrible company that lies about their rates. Got charged a low rate for one month then the rate more than doubled even though I was told it would never be higher than my local electric company, would be either the same or lower. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Scam company that will call you non stop (three times in a row!!!) The sales person promised a low rate of $.8 per kilowatt and then jacked the price up by TRIPLE for the second and third month. Do not recommend this scammy company and shady service

Kristy with customer relations was super helpful. I had been over charged for years and she helped bring my issue to a mutual resolution. She was personable, to the point and very reasonable. I have since switched providers based on nTherm's pricing, but my experience with the corporate customer relations team was good.
