I'm an independent scholar, writer, and public thinker based in Chicago, working in care ethics, feminist philosophy, and the intersections of politics, ecology, and social life. As a chronically ill, disabled, neurodivergent woman and mother, I've learned that survival and transformation happen through rupture and repair. That insight grounds my framework on rupture, repair, and care: an account of how systems—physical, social, institutional—hold together, and of care not as sentiment but as a practice capable of reshaping how we live. In 2026 my work was accepted at five conferences across philosophy, law, classics, and ecology. I write publicly on my Substack, The Care Paradigm, and am currently writing Toward Reconstitution: Feedback, Power, and the Structural Death of Accountability, which applies this work to the American governance crisis—seeking representation now. My aim is simple but ambitious: to establish care as the foundation of a livable future.
