The Town Clerk’s office should deliver measurable results, not just recycle last year’s goals. I will treat this six-figure role like the high-accountability public investment it is and bring strategic oversight and performance tracking to the office.

As Town Clerk, I will:
- Build a Civic Performance Dashboard to track and publish service metrics - like FOIA response times, license processing speeds, and record update rates - so residents can see what government is doing and how well it’s doing it.
- Leverage regional relationships to advocate for smarter implementation of state mandates, reducing local burdens and improving service delivery.
- Host an annual showcase of service improvements and staff innovations, modeled after civic tech initiatives like Code For America’s FormFest.

I’m a software engineer with a decade of experience in financial and educational technology. I also co-created 203.vote, a site that makes RTM voting records easier to explore. I studied Computer Science at Oberlin College and live just off the Ave with my boyfriend and our dog, George.
