Rashell was incredibly helpful and kind while I was picking out some charms, stickers and a holder. She addressed all my concerns and made the shopping process so easy. It’s a great shop for supporting local artisans!! definitely a 5-star experience! Love it. ❤️

Natasha had great customer service! It was my first time entering the store and she was extremely friendly and welcoming towards all her customers! I came in to buy 3 candles and she personally bubble wrapped them for me which I found was very thoughtful. Thank you Natasha!

Local Crafters is dangerous for my wallet in the best way!!! ... As a certified indecisive girly, I wanted to buy literally EVERYTHING because the items are soooo soo soo cute...Shoutout to Rochell, one of the staffs, for being an absolute angel,, she helped me narrow things down and figure out what I actually needed (not just wanted 😅). She’s super sweet, patient, and knows her anime fr. We even talked about Gojo Satoru (yes, my blue-eyed king 🩵😍), so I felt instantly understood.

I walked out happy, on budget (barely hehe)✨

Good selection of products. Prices are a bit high (when including the service fee) but since it’s a “local” store, it can still be a worthwhile option. That said, I found the one-bag-per-customer policy unusual and inconvenient. Even though there were two of us and we bought two items, we were only given one bag because it was a single transaction.<br><br>I also understand the need to address shoplifting, but the many signs about stealing throughout the store did not create the most welcoming atmosphere. Would also like to see cash payments. Still glad the store is here and hope they can make a few improvements.

A.I art is actively destroying the planet and stealing artists jobs. To see this store not only selling it, but DEFENDING ai. Can’t believe they would use it so blatantly even in their responses. You don’t care about art you care about profit. Stop allowing ai in stores. Buy art from somewhere that cares

Hate to see this place is holding space for drop shippers and AI “art” over real artists. Your customers aren’t stupid and will see these things. It’s insulting. Do better.
