I have been extremely fortunate to have Justen Lalonde handle my house sale in 2016 and my condo sale in 2024. Both sales were done quickly and efficiently to my benefit. Justen is not only a darn good real estate agent, he's a kind caring man.

Justen Lalonde helped me with my search for a home in the Greater Victoria area. By asking questions about my expectations, needs, wishes, budget, etc., he helped narrow down the possibilities as they became available on the market. We viewed a number of possibilities, and that helped us further refine my search, ultimately leading to the right property for me. Throughout this process I found Justen to be an astute listener, demonstrating understanding and intuition to help narrow my options in the market. His calm demeanor, supported by his significant experience, allowed me to trust him with details of my lifestyle that helped us in our search for the right property for me. He's very respectful and professional, has a good sense of humour, and an easy interpersonal presentation. I truly enjoyed working with Justen, even though the home search at times seemed discouraging. Justen never gave up, nor did he push me to continue my search when it seemed that I needed a break. If I could give more than 5 starts I would! Justen was fantastic throughout, he guided us through the purchase of our new home making it as stress free as possible. I couldn't recommend him more as both a realtor and a person.

Justen is the best realtor! I worked with him for my first home purchase in 2015 and again this year, closing in 2023. What a great experience! He is patient, reliable, and has extensive knowledge of the real estate market. I'm so happy we got the chance to work together again and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
