I am a coach, a powerlifter & I know what it's like to be a time poor dad. I have 3 boys of my own. I have coached many individuals online so this is nothing new to me. Some dads wish to simply lose weight and get fit while others wish to compete in powerlifting and strongman. Just for reference this is my 19th year in the sport of powerlifting. Many years of experience. I also have formal qualifications in the fitness industry (Diploma of Fitness) as well as a 900kg RAW TOTAL in powerlifting. I have a Diploma in Remedial Massage so understanding the body's anatomy and how it relates to fitness is second nature. When you select me as a coach - you get someone who cares.
