Not Your Average Joe ®

I’m Joe Wallace, a 20 year old professional singer and guitarist, performing under the stage name Not Your Average Joe. I am currently performing self-generated gigs at a variety of venues across the North East; Pubs and Clubs; Private Functions; and Festivals, such as Might Dub Fest, Dinky Dub Fest, Tynedale Beer Festival, Bents Park and Winter Warkfest. I have performed more than 300 gigs in the past 18 months, travelling region wide between Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham, Teesside and Cumbria. I also currently perform in Spain and Portugal, most recently in Marbella and Alvor. I perform a wide range of upbeat and easy-listening covers from the last 60 years by artists such as; Tears For Fears, Scouting For Girls, David Gray, ELO, Wham!, Meatloaf, Billy Joel & Frankie Valli to name a few. I pride myself on reliability, adaptability and like to create my own personal touch on my covers to stand out from the crowd and keep my performances fresh to suit the audience.
