We begin with a consultation to discuss discuss your strategic goals for the highlight video, including its intended use, the types of plays to feature, your key strengths, and how to shape your overall player profile.

Next, share raw game film for us to review and/or any specific plays and time stamps you'd like to include

Once the plays are selected, we’ll categorize them by type—dribbling, passing, shooting, scoring, defending, etc.—and create a strategic timeline. We will also add customized graphic cards and incorporate copyright-free music.

We’ll share the initial version of your video with you for feedback to ensure the final version meets your expectations.

After final approval, we will provide you with the completed video and upload it to our channel for maximum visibility.

How do you decide what the best clips are?

Accepted Answer

For any player, the best clips should showcase how they consistently impact the game.

This will vary based on position and playstyle—defensive-minded players, for example, might stand out through tackles, positioning, and interceptions, while others may shine in attacking moments.

The key to a strong highlight video is demonstrating consistency. Your best plays shouldn’t feel like rare moments but rather a reflection of how you regularly perform. This helps coaches understand your player profile and how you naturally operate on the field.

I already have clips, can you use those?

Yes, although we strongly recommend that we record the clips ourselves whenever possible to ensure optimal resolution and editing quality.

Players sometimes overlook plays that could be valuable highlights, which is why we recommend allowing us to review your raw game film to identify the best potential clips.

What is the turnaround time for a video?

Accepted Answer

We respectfully ask that you allow us 3-5 days to complete your highlight video.

If you need a video urgently, we offer a 24h turnaround time at an increased fee of $500.

Can you edit/fix an existing highlight video?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can make edits/fixes/updates to one of your existing videos.

Question 6

I already have a video, can you just create some graphics for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can create an introductory, personal information, and contact card for your existing video. Additional graphic cards are available upon request.

The price for this service is $100.

Can I customize the graphics?

Yes, bespoke graphics are available upon request at an additional cost of $150.

As the name suggests, an Every Touch video includes every moment you were on the ball during a game—even mistakes or less successful plays.

Coaches often request these videos in the later stages of the recruitment process when they want a deeper evaluation of your overall performance. At this point, they’re less focused on just your highlights and more interested in how you contribute throughout an entire game.

It also demonstrates that you understand what coaches look for in a recruit’s game film and how to present your game in a way that aligns with their evaluation process.

How are the clips structured?

Similar to highlight videos, the best plays are placed within the first 60 seconds to maximize efficiency for coaches. In contrast, any mistakes or weaker moments are positioned toward the end.

To emphasize consistency, similar plays—such as dribbling sequences, shots, or defensive actions—are grouped together. This structure helps coaches quickly identify patterns in your game and evaluate your strengths more effectively.

How should I share an every touch video with coaches?

Along with the video link, we will provide you with a PDF document containing the full game link, details on when and where you played, and individual timestamps of all your touches.

This document is essential for providing coaches with easy access to your full game footage, allowing them to review your performance on their own terms.

What are poster designs?

Poster designs offer a versatile and strategic tool in the recruitment process, with the flexibility to be customized for any occasion.

Players attending showcases often bring posters or flyers containing their key information, schedules, and QR code links to their videos, which they can share with coaches.

These posters serve as a strong call to action, helping you stand out and ensuring that coaches remember you both during and after the event.

While posters can be customized to any size, we typically design them in 8.5x11 inches to fit within a coach's handbook. This ensures they can be easily folded, stored, and kept neatly for future reference.

Can these be used digitally?

Absolutely! Digital functionality can be added so coaches can access a PDF version of the poster and easily navigate included links.

Additionally, these posters can be shared before an event to boost awareness, increase exposure, and enhance engagement with coaches ahead of time.

Can I customize the design?

Yes, customization and creative collaboration are essential parts of the process.

During our consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas on the content, layout, and overall aesthetic you’d like to achieve. This ensures the final design aligns with your vision and strategic needs.

Do you provide printing?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a printing service. However, all poster designs are fully optimized for print. You will just need to pick up the prints in-store and complete any final checks.
