Jahan Rodriguez

I am a PreK-12 EdTech Leader who believes that great school technology starts with a great team culture. My mission is to shatter the old, grumpy tech support stereotype and build culture-driven IT departments. I love developing teams and shifting them away from being "fixers in the shadows" so they can become true, collaborative partners to our teachers and staff. For me, it’s all about teaching and empowering my team to deliver "unexpected" customer service. We build our daily work around a simple mindset: I will help because I want to help. When you build a supportive team culture, it passes right along to the classrooms—making tech seamless, worry-free, and genuinely approachable for students and educators.
