"Treat Yourself" — The Essentials Self Care Package

This powerful cleansing smudge spray is made with White Sage and Palo Santo, combining two powerful smudging herbs into one highly effective smudge spray—without the smoke. White Sage is a perennial plant native to the Southwest U.S. and has been used for centuries as incense and for ceremonial purposes by Native Americans. Palo Santo means "Holy Wood" in Spanish, it is a sacred tree that can be found throughout South America and has been used by natives as incense and to clear negative energies. It has a wonderful sweet smell that helps you feel immediately calm and centered. They are both very powerful in clearing negative energies within you and around you. They also help disinfect and purify the air, drive away mosquitos and relax your body and mind. Smoking is an ancient and sacred practice used to connect commune with the spirit world. Each plant has a spirit and when we smoke with intention, we are able to commune and honor these spirits in a way that benefits all. Many people don't realize that many herbs are smoke-able. After experimenting with a few, I made these powerful blends of high vibrational herbs to help you unwind and breathe easy. The Spirit Blend is created with 7 sacred herbs and flowers and is an incredibly tasty, relaxing and overall high vibe smoking blend. It uplift your spirits and brings about calming vibes: perfect for meditation, ritual work and easeful activities. The Breathe Easy Blend is created with 6 powerful herbs that will help you breathe easy especially if you love smoking but you have sensitive throat and lungs. This blend is easy on the lungs and a powerful healing blend at the same time. Neither contain any tobacco or any psychoactive herbs. They are a wonderful substitute to both. Pro tips/how to use: Set aside 10-15 minutes to commune with spirit Tune inwards, connect to your heart, set an intention Connect to the herbs by looking at them, speaking your intention to them Use your fingers to crush the herbs and infuse your intention/magic into them We also recommend you grind the herbs for easy use.
