After the initial inquiry and tour, we provide a personalized quote and contract. Once the contract is signed and the deposit 20% is made, your date will be secured.

Our average wedding cost is $17,000, but pricing may vary depending on the guest count, services, and add-ons.

What lodging options are available?

We have three units:

Unit 1: LakeHouse Accommodates 19 guests at $720 per night.

Unit 2 (The Loft): Accommodates 10 guests at $375 per night.

Unit 3: Cabin Accommodates 4 guests at $275 per night.

How can I book lodging for my event?

Lodging can be booked as part of the event package or separately on a first-come, first-served basis. Also Availble on Airbnb or Vrbo

Is fishing allowed on-site?

Yes, guests are allowed to fish in our private lake.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol at a cork fee of $12 per person. Indigo Falls Mixology Group, LLC holds the alcohol license and ensures all service complies with state regulations.

Yes, Indigo will provide the servers and kitchen staff to execute the event at an additional cost.

Yes, but they will need to bring additional servers to wash them onsite. It is usually easier for the caterer to wash them at their location.

The earliest they can arrive is 10:00am. If they need to arrive sooner for any reason, they will need to ask management for approval. Vendors have an additional 1-hour breakdown once the event is over.

Yes, we have two fantastic exclusive vendors but,  Just let us know so we can remove them from the quote and provide us with their contact information. The DJ will also need to have insurance.

Does Indigo Falls offer decor?

Yes, you are able to pick from any of the decor we have available and our stylist is responsible for setting up the room. If we don’t have something you would like then we can work with you to obtain it.

Can I bring my own decor stylist?

Yes, but we wouldn’t recommend it since our decor is included with our stylist.

Can I bring my own Day of Coordinator?

Yes, but they will need to make sure to be onsite from the moment you arrive until the moment that you leave as they will be helping you with anything that you need.

Why is there a fee for the photography package and does that include a photographer?

This package does not include a photographer and the fee covers the permission to have professional photography taken on our premises, separate from your wedding day. If you choose to hire an outside photographer, they will provide a separate quote for their services.

What is included in the lodging?

Basic cleaning products, toiletries, towels. Cooking basics, pots & pans, oil, salt & pepper, dishes & silverware. Coffee maker with coffee, toaster, tea, water.

Can I have a ceremony rehearsal the day before my wedding?

We always try to schedule the ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding, however, we may have another event scheduled that day. In that case, we can offer an earlier time in the day or another place on the property will be a great place for a run through. Your coordinator will confirm a date as your wedding date gets closer.

Do you also provide decor for the dinner rehearsal or do we need to decorate the space?

The Venue will decorate and set up the facility accordingly at its own discretion but you are also able to decorate the space with prior approval from venue management.

Can I have liquor in the suites?

Accepted Answer

No open bottles of Liquor are allowed in the bride and groom suites. Beer wine or champagne may be allowed in moderation with prior approval from venue management.

When can I meet with the Stylist, DJ, and Florist?

They will reach out to you when your wedding date gets closer but you can also meet with them sooner if needed.

We will move it indoors and we will make that decision the morning of.

What if I need more lodging, are there hotels nearby?

Yes, the Sleep Inn & Suites in Hiram is about 20 minutes away. Also we have Airbnb Host that we can recommend

What if I change my mind and want to book the lodging at a later date?

If it is still available then you can definitely book it. Please keep in mind that we have some back to back weddings and the lodging is on airbnb and so if you want to secure lodging then we recommend you book it right away.

What if I have adults that don’t drink?

It’s hard to keep track of who is drinking and who isn’t and so we do have to charge anyone over 21. Minors 5 and under are not charged for non alcoholic beverages.

We require a bartender and Indigo Falls Mixology will provide them.

Yes, you can arrive by 9:00am and they are included with the Lakeside Terrace/ Hall or you can book them separately.

How many suites are available and how many people do they fit?

We have 1 bridal suite and 1 groom's suite which fit about 10 people each. We can also provide reasonable accommodations to the suites if necessary.

How long do I have access to the venue for my event?

All events are 5 hours from when the event/ceremony starts. If you book the suites, you will have access to the venue as of 9:00am.

Can I extend my event for more than 5 hours?

Yes, it will be an additional $250 per hour and that consists of 2 stewards and a bus driver.

Are we responsible for cleaning up after the event?

No, Indigo staff will clean up. You will only be responsible for taking all your personal belongings as we do not store them to be picked up at a later date. Vendors will also be responsible for cleaning up their space before they leave.

We provide the tables, chairs, linen, napkins, and ice. We also have cake stands and other items you might need. You will be able to see all that we offer during your tour.

How do I reserve my date with Indigo Falls?

We require a 20% deposit to secure your wedding date. You can also pay the lodging in full upfront to get an additional 15% off the lodging.

No, we can extend it up until 1:00am the latest. No alcohol will be served past 11:30pm though.
