Meet Lisa

From the moment I met Lisa I felt like I had been guided to her to her class Her calm and gentle encouragement has helped me work through emotions and feelings held in my body for as long as I can remember. I am still amazed, when, within a few minutes of breathwork with her, the barriers go down and long buried traumas surface to be worked through. I am blessed to have been steered in Lisa's direction.💖

Working with Lisa has been transformative for me. It's hard to explain the depth of feelings that occur during and after her breathwork and meditation classes. Lisa has helped me to gently shift the hurt parts deep within me, parts that I have carried most of my life, the parts I no longer need.
She has such a beautiful presence and energy. She  makes me feel safe and loved, and this encourages me to trust  myself and be more open and present in the world.
I wish everyone could experience what Lisa has to offer, then it would certainly be a better world 💛

Lisa has been my somatic breathwork coach for the last several months and WOW. We have gone DEEP in this short time, dissolving multiple layers of old pain and limiting beliefs that have kept me stuck for years.  I have felt really safe with her as well, which allowed me to meet my scared and wounded parts with a lot more compassion. She has held me as I held myself, with both expert care and humour. Lisa is amazing. She is so thoughtful and offers such a safe and special container. I feel so held. My sessions with her have surpassed all expectations. It’s absolutely amazing to see all the different things that happen within my body and how it communicates with me. She has helped me to release trauma that was sitting dormant in my body in just a few sessions.  Lisa is so gentle and she meets my energy perfectly. I feel completely supported throughout.
