I spent over a decade in London styling women in the public eye for appearances and events including the BAFTAs, The BRITs, The One Show and BBC Breakfast. From red carpets and award ceremonies to Little Mix tours and magazine covers - I lived and breathed styling at a fast pace... Then I became a mum to two little ones, 12 months apart, and everything changed. Motherhood made it clear to me how deeply clothes affect how we feel. Getting dressed isn’t just about “style” - it’s a form of self-care, especially in the beautiful, messy juggle of mum life.
