This hotel delivers the kind of service that reminds you why genuine hospitality matters. From James patiently waiting whilst I sorted a SIM card after landing, to the security team's warm welcome and assistance with my luggage, every interaction felt thoughtfully considered.
Nicholas made check-in effortless, whilst Godfrey and Frederick maintained that same professional standard. In the restaurant, Mary's leadership shines through her team -;Florence, Milkah, Jessica, and Lameck anticipate guests' needs beautifully. Robert, the chef, even took time to personally ensure I was enjoying my meal. A lovely personal touch you rarely see these days.
Housekeeping deserves special praise. The team didn't just clean my room perfectly each day; when I gave specific instructions, they followed them precisely and exceeded expectations. Returning each day to a pristine, fresh space felt like a luxury.
Even security struck the perfect balance professional yet friendly, always offering assistance.
What impressed me most about the staff was their genuine attentiveness. When I mentioned needing something from the local market, they immediately offered to help. Same when I mentioned looking for a personal trainer. This isn't scripted service, it's authentic care.
Having managed in the leisure industry for years and trained hospitality professionals, I can confidently say this hotel understands the difference between service and hospitality. They've created a culture where staff genuinely want to help, not because they have to, but because they care.
The airport pickup service is excellent. The staff are wonderfully knowledgeable about the area and always happy to share recommendations.

This property is excellent. It is conveniently located near a mall, other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. But the greatest aspect of this hotel is its staff. The desk agents, Frederick, John, Nicholas, and all the others are warm, friendly, and helpful. The food servers are the best - servers like Joyrita, Marjorie, Vincent are amazing and attentative to every detail. My favorite bartender Joseph pours some of the best drinks I have tasted. I was thrilled when General Manager Patel Pooja came and personally greeted me.  Wow!!  Great experience!!

Very nice hotel. The service is great and the people are very friendly and helpful regardless of the time of the day.
The rooms are up to super standard.
The safety of the balcony impressed me. To have access to the balcony, you must request for the key for safety reasons. I like it.
The food is nice and the breakfast is awesome. 🤩

I had such a lovely time at Holiday Inn.
Impeccable and swift service from Milka and Joshua 👏🏾
I specifically loved how Milka was patient with my daughter. Very commendable!

I also loved how it was not only the servers made sure we were comfortable also the management there. Kudos to David and Ezekiel!

I would highly recommend their space is not only serene and comfortable but it is also squeaky clean especially if you have children.

And their food oh…still thinking about those pork chops. What a soft way to start March🥰

After arriving early on an overnight flight there was an initial problem with checking in, but Nancy took control and fixed rhe issue, in a more satisfactory way than expected. Although everyone i met was smiling and polite, Mary in the restaurant was another star performer. She sent a team member to get oat milk for my morning coffees. James, security coordinator was attentive, and made you feel safe. The restaurant team in general were very good. I booked the suite for 3 days, and believe it was actually money well spent. A bedroom, partitioned living room and 2 toilets. Everything very nice. The shopping mall opposite the hotel was very convenient. And Village Market is about 2 kilometres away. I will be back. Thank you Nancy for making the stay amazing

Stayed at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers Mall and honestly loved it. The location is super convenient since it’s right next to the mall. The staff were really nice, the rooms were clean and comfy, and overall the food was great. The best part was the free birthday cake for my baby and the staff singing her Happy Birthday🤗🫶🏼 it was so sweet and made our stay extra special. Would definitely recommend 🎂✨
