What does your shop sell?

Hi! Great question, and thank you for being interested in Heartistry. :) We are a small business currently branched out on all social medias and we sell on Etsy. Our listings are a very large range of all kinds of things, such as mystery boxes, tarot readings, custom art of all kinds, including wood burnings, paintings, etc. We even make jewelry! We are a shop that prides ourself in tickling everyone's fancy, we truly have it all.

What is the pricing of your shop like?

Well, that depends! Some things, such as our tarot readings done over text, are super cheap and affordable! Some things may slide between cheap and expensive, like small paintings versus large paintings! Things that are more expensive (large mystery boxes) or take more time (large paintings) will cost more in our shop compared to some other items. Something we think is affordable to everyone is our jewelry! So if you would like to support us, but don't have the budget for more expensive things, I recommend our earrings and necklaces. However, even word of mouth about our shop is enough support. :)

Who runs the shop?

Thank you so much for being curious about this! Heartistry is a small business ran by two people, Ghast and Whimsy. Ghast is part time, as they work full time in a another work place, and Whimsy works for Heartistry full time and manages almost all of social media things.

Every jewelry listing will have its ingredients in the item descriptions. :)

What are in the mystery boxes?

Well, that's a mystery, haha! Just kidding! Each mystery box listing will have photos of what each mystery box looks like, as well as the things that can be in each size box and the actual size of the box so customers can see what they are getting into when they purchase one. As for the contents inside, each mystery box is different! We have a whole plethora of different boxes, so get to looking!

How can I get in contact with customer service?

Heartistry is available on all social media platforms! They will be at the top, and there are links that lead to other ways to reach out as well. We reply pretty quickly!

How long does an order take to ship?

Accepted Answer

Generally up to a full week! The shop owner sends out all finished orders on Fridays, so it depends when an order is placed, and also depends on how custom an order is. For example, if you order a digital tarot reading, you can expect an invitation to text within 24 to 48 hours. If you order an extra large painting (these are very low stock), you can expect it to ship in as long as two months! Most things typically do take a week.
