The G3 Foundation Academy is our signature youth development program designed to teach young athletes how to move the right way.

This program builds the essential athletic qualities that support every sport — speed, coordination, strength, stability, and confidence. Led by G3-trained coaches in a positive, high-energy environment, athletes learn the fundamentals that set the stage for long-term athletic success.

Program Format
Grades: 4th–6th
Schedule: 2 classes per week
Sessions: 8 per month
Season: Winter 2025–2026 (January–February)
Location: Fit Revolution, North Reading
Coaching: G3 Certified Coaches

Pricing
Month-to-Month: $320
Winter Pass (Jan + Feb): $560 (Save $80)
Sibling Discount: $25 off each additional child

Winter speed training is back!
Our Saturday Speed program starts December 13th and is capped at 16 ATHLETES for true small-group coaching. 

Perfect for athletes who need better mechanics, quicker first steps, and like a highly competitive atmosphere. These sessions will be competition based!

Winter Saturday Speed School

The Rookie tier is the perfect starting point for athletes new to structured speed work.
This 8-session semi-private program focuses on the fundamentals of movement:
Sprint mechanics & posture
First-step quickness
Basic acceleration patterns
Age-appropriate speed & agility
Coordination, rhythm, and body control

Athletes receive high-quality coaching in a small-group setting that builds confidence, consistency, and a strong technical foundation.
Ideal for athletes who want to begin developing real speed without an overwhelming time commitment.

Best For: New athletes, multi-sport athletes, or those beginning their speed development journey.

Rookie Experience — “Build the Foundation”

The Pro tier is our most popular option — a 16-session semi-private developmental program designed to create measurable improvements in sprint performance.

With two sessions per week, athletes build:
True acceleration power
Max-velocity sprint technique
Change-of-direction efficiency
Plyometric rhythm & reactive strength
On-field movement confidence

This tier offers enough frequency to create noticeable technical and physical changes while still fitting easily into busy in-season and off-season schedules.

Best For: Athletes who want serious improvements in their speed, agility, and overall athletic movement. Athletes will be required to perform an evaluation and pass rookie skill sets to move to Pro.

Pro Experience — “Power the Game”

The All-Star tier is our highest level of speed development and includes 24 sessions semi-private led directly by Reggie Garrett.

This program provides the complete G3 speed experience:
Three sessions per week (includes Saturday Speed)
Advanced acceleration & max-velocity mechanics
Aggressive plyometric progressions
High-intensity COD & movement patterning
Individualized feedback + coaching cues
Monthly performance assessments
Monthly Catapult GPS sprint profiling
Output Sports power/plyometric testing
RSI, CMJ, 10y–20y timing, and COD profiles
Video breakdown for mechanical correction

Athletes in the All-Star tier receive the closest level of coaching, attention, and performance tracking — ideal for high school and elite youth athletes preparing for combines, showcases, club/travel seasons, or offseason competition.

Note: Serious athletes must test into this program!
