Hey people, I’m Nora, a fitness professional who loves helping people grow in confidence and create healthy habits that last a lifetime. I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I remember and have been through my own journey navigating a healthy relationship with nutrition and excercise so I am equipped to to share that experience and knowledge in finding a balance that works for you. With experience as both a competitor and a coach across various sports clubs, I’ve trained a broad spectrum of individuals, from young beginners to professional boxers. I’ve delivered gym classes, prioritised one to one development, and volunteered both home and abroad, This has shaped me into someone who adores working with new people from all backgrounds and has equipped me with the ability to do so.
