I am a dedicated endurance and strength athlete with a strong focus on running and trail running, supported by consistent training in cycling, weightlifting, and swimming. My approach to sport is rooted in long-term health, performance sustainability, and balanced development across multiple disciplines. I value smart training, recovery, and progression, and I aim to represent an active lifestyle that is realistic, disciplined, and built to last. Alongside my own training, I regularly act as a pacer and volunteer, supporting athletes who are developing confidence, fitness, and resilience.
