Absolutely love training at Nundah F45. Tilly & Gee are friendly & make you feel immediately comfortable. They are willing to push you & take you outside your comfort zone with full support. They 110% promote the quote “not just a gym but a community” making it feel more like a family.

The most family friendly gym I’ve been to! Tilly and G are incredible trainers and really know when to push you and very personable. Such a welcoming vibe with great facilities and equipment. We love coming to the gym again since we have joined!

Encouraging, friendly atmosphere. Strongly recommend f45 Nundah for all your health needs. Doesn’t matter your fitness level they take everything into consideration and provide a challenging yet friendly workout everytime. Will be attending here forever.

Gee and Tilly have set up such a great community at F45 Nundah. Super welcoming team and members, each class is fun and challenging with plenty of laughs and dance breaks thrown in. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to workout in a supportive environment.

My husband and I have been members of F45 Nundah for approximately 6 years and are still going strong. We originally only joined for a short time at first while renting in Northgate while we were renovating our home in Shorncliffe, however we love the support, members and the trainers that much we now drive 20 min to train everyday. F45 is truly life changing.
