This form is for my Free 4 Week Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes.
They will be held via Zoom Mondays at 10:30am CST beginning October 10th.

Is there an additional community space or support if there are questions about the class or yoga in general?
Yes! There will be a Facebook group for those who sign up.

* Classes are limited to 12 participants

Once you sign up, you will receive an email containing a short intake survey and the Zoom link for the class.
