Hi students and families! My name is Ms. Coley, and I am so excited to serve as your Communities in Schools Site Coordinator this year.

A little about me: I was born and raised in a small town in East Tennessee and consider myself an Appalachian. I recently moved here with my fiance and our boxer dog whose name is Charlotte, and we love Virginia so far! A fun fact about. me is that I have seven siblings and over 25 nieces and nephews, so I have a large family. I enjoy reading fantasy and poetry books, as well as running for fun.

I graduated with my high school diploma in 2015 and with my bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee in 2020. I received my Master of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2023 and my Master of Education in Education Policy and Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2024.

I am looking forward to getting to know you this school year!

Gar-Field High School Student Check-in Survey

After School Academic Support/Tutoring begins September 3rd, 2024 at Gar-Field High School in the Upper Cafeteria. Tutoring is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am-12:00pm.
