Affordable, personalized classes in a beautiful studio space in the heart of the Catskill Mountains 

Hi and welcome! My name is Ginger Bernstein, and I'm a certified Pilates instructor who has been teaching in the traditional Pilates method for over 15 years. I offer virtual group mat classes and private in-person mat and equipment classes. 

I focus on teaching mindful movement: You will not only strengthen and tone your whole body, but you'll do it safety with careful guidance and personal attention, developing your mind-body-breath connection. 

I get to know you personally--your goals, your body's anomalies, your past fitness experiences--so that I can offer you a personalized class with just the right level of challenge that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and more in-tune with your body.               

About Catskill Mountain Pilates

Want to take a class from the comfort of your own home? I offer two home-based options: virtual group mat classes via Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday from 9-10 AM and private in-person classes in your space.  

Or come visit me in my sun-and-plant-filled studio space for a private class! I offer private mat and equipment classes that can be scheduled any day of the week except Wednesdays. 

Mat classes consist of a variety of body weight exercises using smaller accessories (TheraBands, foam rollers, medicine balls, etc.) while equipment classes make use of larger Pilates equipment, including the Cadillac, Reformer, Little Chair, and Ladder Barrel.
