We recently had carpet installed and were very pleased with the entire experience.<br>Kyle...our installer was punctual, professional and courteous throughout the job and demonstrated excellent workmanship. He took care to keep the work area tidy and left everything cleaned and thoroughly vacuumed when the install was complete. We were very impressed with the follow up call the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory.<br>We would not hesitate to recommend Bigelow to anyone looking for quality flooring and installation.<br>Thank you to the Bigelow team....Kathy, Mike, Andy and Kyle

Bigelow did the flooring at my mom's house and she asked me to write about her experience for her. She says everyone at the store was so lovely and the girls helped her pick out the perfect floor. Kyle the installer, was very sweet and polite and did an excellent job keeping the house neat and tidy. He worked fast without any breaks it seems and did beautiful work. She was very anxious and worried about having work done in her home but was so happy that everything went so smoothly and she got the upgrade that she so desperately needed. Thank you Bigelow for making a stressful renovation go so well from start to finish, she is very pleased!

Just wanted to say that we had hardwood floors installed in our whole house except the kitchen and bathrooms from Bigelows 18 years ago this month and they still look as good as they did back then ( except for a few scratches from 18 years of everyday wear ) . They have held up amazingly well even in our living/family room which is a very high traffic area with 2 dogs and 2 cats that play in there. Even after 18 years we still get compliments on our nice hardwood floors! I would recommend Bigelows to anyone who is looking for quality flooring.
