I tried Bel Pilates studio for the first time and Ryan was such a great instructor. Very nice, respectful and took the time to listen to us and explain things. We took a private class and truly were impressed. The place is very clean and the location is not bad at all. It certainly was the first time trying a Pilates studio with the reformers and it did not disappoint. I am going to do another private until my body is ready to tackle a group setting. Truly liked this place.

I love Bel Pilates! Claribel and Paige are fantastic teachers, amazing vibe, beautiful space and equipment. challenging while being a safe space to come as you are (in my case usually tired, don’t feel like exercising, not wearing a “correct” Pilates outfit). I feel lucky such a place exists here in Middletown. Claribel has put so much intention into the brand, the space, not to mention the bathroom! If you’re lucky Paige will play retro (varying levels of nostalgia to the wide age range in class) 90s Mariah Carey etc. for 1 hour while you sweat. A dream.
