I have lived here almost 2 years and I’m not going to lie. This neighborhood has had its share of issues. Between the pool not being up and running, landscaper issues, exterminator issues etc. Don’t get me wrong, the neighborhood itself is beautiful and spacious. I have watched Mgr after Mgr come through and not succeed. FINALLY!! Whomever does the hiring (owner or GreyStar or both) we finally have someone with competence!! The new Mgr Amanda clearly has the ability to make things happen. The pool situation is finally resolved. A new landscaper in process of change in a very few short weeks. I been advised that they are in process of changing the exterminator. Amanda has such originality to change up the community events and I’m looking very forward that. The miscommunication has stopped and she has achieved much in her first month compared to the past mgrs. Amanda is super sweet and direct. You can tell there is a change of character within the community that has been much needed. We finally have someone whom we can believe in. Ashton the asst mgr has been here for a few months and clearly also is very helpful and has been helping to achieve success with the neighborhood. Ashley who works sales has been here for 2 years or more and has always been the neighborhood favorite. Between them all, you can clearly see the passion of how much they all care. And we truly do have a great maintenance team. They get things done! We never really have to wait long for our maintenance request to be attended to. The neighborhoods better days are ahead of us. Thank you Amanda and your team!

I’ll start off by saying I wish I could give zero stars, if anything could’ve went wrong it did, leaking sinks and maintenance telling you that it’s not leaking, rats inside brand new grill had to get rid of lost $500, the company they use for pest control is pretty much allergic to work, the gym is disgusting and just a kids hang out while who knows where their parents are, they tell you to wipe down the equipment when you’re done, but yet they don’t fill the hand sanitizer wipes. They’re always empty. People not cleaning up their pet waste meanwhile, there’s pet waste bags around every corner, parking is terrible. You have to worry if you’re gonna have your parking spot when you get home from work every day. They always change the rules of this place and charge you extra fees for everything, when you move out your promise that you’re gonna get a certain amount of money with security deposit and you wind up pretty much with nothing a lot of false hopes and promises I would rather look for a dumpster behind the local McDonald’s or Walmart. Good luck and hopefully everybody takes my word of advice. We only lasted 7 months if that says anything….

We stopped in for a tour and were approved within 48 hours. Stephanie, Ashley, and Ashton have all been incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend considering Banyan Silo Ridge as your next home!
