General Conditions
It`s a Joiners-Type Package Tour. Exclusive group tours are available upon request and subject to a separate quotation.

Reservation Fees & Deposit
Reservations are only confirmed once the down payment has been received and a proof of payment (screenshot) has been submitted for verification.
Bank transfer fees must be shouldered by the guest, including in cases of refunds.

Liability Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for their own safety and well-being during the trip.
The tour operator is not liable for any loss, damage to personal belongings or missed Flights.
Accidents, injuries, or deaths that may occur during the trip are the sole responsibility of the participant. 
Medical Emergencies: In case of an accident, health emergency, or death, the responsibility for medical expenses, rescue costs, or repatriation falls on the participant's family or insurance provider. We strongly recommend purchasing travel and accident insurance.



TERMS

Cancellation more than 14 days before: PHP 2,000 per person. Except for private tours, in which case the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days prior to departure: PHP 7,000 per person.
Cancellation within 0–7 days prior to departure: 100% of the total price.

Cancellation by the Resort: In the rare event that the resort must cancel a guest's reservation due to a severe weather warning issued by the authorities or the cancellation of boat trips by the Coast Guard, the guest has two options.
1. Rebooking:
Guests may reschedule their trip to the next available travel date. Rebooking is subject to availability and must be notified to the resort in advance.
2. Cancellation and Refund
Alternatively, guests may cancel their booking and receive a refund. However, a non-refundable reservation fee of PHP 2,000 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN BALABAC
Before booking a trip to Balabac, please make sure you and your companions understand that this is an expedition to the most remote islands of Palawan.
This trip is NOT A LUXURY TOUR where everything is comfortable and itineraries are fixed!
If you are ready to ROUGH OUT THE ISLAND LIFE, THEN THIS TRIP IS FOR YOU 🙂

‼️There is no strict itinerary to be followed in this expedition. Although we have a list of target islands to visit, the itinerary will depend on tide and wave conditions.
Don’t expect a perfect itinerary.
If the itinerary changes or is not followed on the day of the tour (for instance, if some islands are not visited), we will make every effort to include these missed destinations in the following days, weather permitting
