WELCOME TO APT!
Before we start your training, we need to understand your body so we can build the right program for you. This testing shows your strengths, weaknesses, mobility, balance, fitness level, and what you need to improve.
No guesses — only personalized training.

DAY 1 → FULL TESTING
1️⃣ Mobility Check
We test: ankle mobility, deep squat, hip & shoulder mobility, T-spine movement, overhead squat, lunges.
Coaches note: tightness, weak links, side differences, posture issues.

2️⃣ Strength Check
We test: airplane hold, push-ups, squats, chin-up/lat pull, RDL/bridge, overhead press, plank/dead bug.
Coaches note: balance, control, side imbalance, upper/lower body strength.

3️⃣ Conditioning Test
Run 1200m/1600m → find your MAS (Max Aerobic Speed).
Coaches will also check your running technique.
