How much is the programming?

How many times a week do I need to train?

Accepted Answer

Our compete program has 5 days of programming, with 4 optional double sessions. But it also has a 60:00 training option. 
So you can train anywhere from 60:00-180:00 per day.

On our bespoke programming, we tailor this to every individual depending on availability, space, time and your lifestyle.

Can I do classes alongside the program?

Yep, this is something we actively encourage! It's why we all started CF in the first place. Jumping in with a class is a great way to stay competitive and within the community of your local box.

Question 5

Do I need to be RX?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Absolutely not. We work with athletes gearing towards their first pull up all the way to first elite podium.

Question 6

Can I do the programming in any gym?

Accepted Answer

Of course a box is preferred, but if you have access to the "basics" (Bars, bumpers, KB's, DB's, conditioning machines) then you will be surprised the amount of work we can do together!
