Great professional service, clean environment.

Waited 4 hrs on my son to get a cut literally. They charged 15 but dont know how to blend. I'm not sure of the barber . They are better than the shop by the Hispanic store  down the road

Got my hair cut here on 08/19/2016 while visiting from outta town.  Extremely satisfied with the results.  I highly and enthusiastically recommend Anotha Level!

Do not recommend Kraighton Davis. After several conversations over the phone and and an in-person consultation we had a plan for my hair. On the day of my appointment we went over the plan again. The plan in no way included cutting my hair. During my appointment he washed, as planned. Conditioned, as planned. What I didn’t plan for was sitting under a dryer for 20 minutes after it shut off so he could be in awe of a 6 yr old girl who seemed to be very talkative. He was captivated by this little girl and repeatedly complimented her as to how “bright” she was. Meanwhile I’m sitting and waiting while he is just “engaged” by this little girl. When it was time for her to go under the dryer I was directed to his private room for styling. No products were added to my hair and it was packed down to an afro. When I questioned as to what he was doing to my hair he said “oh, what are we supposed to be doing?”. No, as I already stated, we had a plan that was discussed in detail over the phone, in person, and the morning of the appointment. During this whole process he was chomping at the bits to get back to his other client (the “bright” little 6 yr old girl). He started with the scissors to trim my ends then grabbed the clippers and that’s when he messed up. When I got home I rinsed my hair so I could see what was actually done. There it was plain as day, he had butchered my hair. Inches cut and in no discernible style. Just randomly chopped. I immediately made contact with him. I tried scheduling several times to schedule an appointment so that my hair could be salvaged. Not once did he make an effort to survey or assess the damage that he did to my hair. As you know our hair is our crowning glory. This horrible, horrible cosmetologist ruined my hair and has no remorse. His response “I am a licensed cosmetologist and I can do what I want” He has offered to refund my money for the service 4 times and has yet to do so. Its been over a month. The state of Georgia states that if you receive a bad cut, then you are entitled to a correction within 7 days. What say you if you never asked for a cut, made it clear that you did not want a cut, and then actually received a bad cut? 10/10 do not recommend Kraighton Davis for his 1) poor attention to detail, 2) lack of listening skills, 3) abuse of authority, 4) refusal to listen to client wishes, 5) lack of empathy, 6) overall weird vibe, 7) untrustworthy practices, 8) cosmetology skills are subpar at best 10) he just does not care, he does horrible work and then just carries on about his day. Before choosing him to put his hands in your hair and ruin your beautiful crown…….. don’t. Go somewhere else. Shame on you Kraighton!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!! ***I am more than happy to share the botched job he did for me if it saves someone else the heartache and pain that I have to endure.
