From the first meeting with Andrea I knew I had met the right agent. After languishing on the market for a year, Andrea came up with a proactive strategy to present my home in a way that highlighted all the quality upgrades I had put into the home. Ten days from listing to contract exceeded my expectations. Andrea and her team were attentive to all the details that needed to be done to close in just two weeks. Yes, from listing to closing was less than 30 days in a post covid market with high interest rates and hesitant home buyers; that says everything. I am grateful Andrea was there at the right time to help me through this sale. I would not hesitate working with Andrea again for a purchase or a sale and recommend her to anyone who needs an agent who is knowledgeable and experienced to slay this challenging real estate market!

We consider ourselves so fortunate to have had Andrea as our Real Estate agent. Her energy is boundless and she knows very well how to market a house.<br><br>Andrea and her team took care of so many details and that made it much easier for us. Her response time to our questions is unbeatable.<br><br>She has a network of people we could hire take care of tasks needed to prepare the house for new owners (e.g. window and carpet cleaners and so much more).<br><br>Andrea and her team are the BEST!

Andrea was a wonderful realtor to work with. She is meticulous and detailed oriented. She is data driven and knows what the buyer want and how to get them through the door. She has an army of excellent connection to help you get things fix and get the house ready for the sale. She works tirelessly to get you the best price and know the market so well. She prices aggressively to sell the house. We are thankful to how fast our house sold in the off season and a tough market. Her extensive team is excellent as well, keeping the ball rolling and making sure everything goes smoothly. It was truly a pleasure working with her and her team. We highly recommend her for your next sale or purchase.
