We are launching a fantastic, dedicated 8-week Transition Program designed specifically to support Year 6 students. Over eight weekly sessions, we will focus on building self-esteem, easing those moving-up anxieties, developing new skills, and offering a brilliant space to make new friends before the new school year begins.  

🗓️ WHEN: Every Wednesday for 8 weeks, starting Wednesday 3rd June
🕓 TIME: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

📍 WHO: Absolutely ALL Year 6 students are welcome

While we are run by St Alphege Seasalter Church, our heart is to serve the whole community, regardless of background, belief, or circumstance. We don’t aim to push faith onto anyone; instead, we live out the love of Jesus through kindness, listening, and practical care. Our purpose is simple: to make a positive difference in lives, providing a welcoming space where everyone can grow, connect, and thrive.
