Warning & Non-Compliance 

Avoid traffic and enjoy a smooth, eco friendly journey to the show by taking the Riyadh Metro. The closest station is Princess Nourah University (PNU 1) on the Yellow Line, heading towards King Khalid International Airport.
From PNU 1, simply hop onto our complimentary shuttle buses, running both ways daily during all show days, directly to Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC).

For cleaning order (skips & cleaners), you need to create an account on Ventatt (venue exclusive supplier). Once you have an account, click on "exhibitor services" --> "order your services" --> drop down select the show to see the services and order online.

Visa Invitation Letter

Selected nationalities & GCC residents can apply for an e-visa on https://visa.visitsaudi.com/.

If you require a Saudi MOFA Business Invitation Letter, we can provide you one by applying through on "visa invitation letter" button.

Please note the deadlines:
1st Deadline - 20th March 2026
2nd Deadline – 05th April 2026
3rd Deadline 20th April - visa invitation letter form will be closed.

Once the Saudi MOFA Business Invitation Letter is emailed, the applicant must check the visa procedure with the Saudi consulate, or authorized visa agency in their city.

Please note that the Saudi MOFA business invitation letter is not a visa. The applicant must apply and obtain a visa before travel to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Need Storage / Trolley Service ?

Whilst exhibitors may use their own transport to deliver displays and equipment to the marshalling yard and their own labor to move materials to their stand, DSV Events & Fairs is the only company authorized to operate lifting equipment and forklifts in the marshalling area and in the exhibition halls.

For health and safety reasons exhibitors and their contractors are not permitted to operate mechanical handling equipment (Hiab, forklift, cranes, motorized pallet trucks) within the venue marshalling yard and/or venue halls and outside booth areas.

No other company, exhibitor, contractor or agent may operate cranes, forklifts or any other lifting machinery inside the venue.

This is to ensure the safety and smooth running of the build-up and break-down period of the event.
