I knew walking in this place would be special to me. Well decorated, great music and conveniently located. I’m a big soul food consumer so this has me a little floored as it is a really nice location where business professionals can come along with students to do some work while eating some of the best food in Minneapolis

Soul Bowl catered an event for 100 at the Wilder Foundation. Delivery was on time and setup with out any problems. The crowd favorite was the vegan mac and cheese.

We have had Soul Bowl cater our Black History Month luncheon for the past three years and it’s a fan favorite! The food names are amusing and altogether it brings such joy! The Return of The Mack and Cheese should be ordered in bulk! The Professor Klump braised beef is delicious as is the Junior Gong Jerk Chicken and the Shaq BBQ Chicken! The Common Cornbread is anything but and the Riri Sweet Plantains are amazing! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! The delivery staff are also so friendly and helpful! Great food and service.

This was my first time eating here and I was really impressed! The service is fantastic. The food was top notch. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well. If you enjoy soul food with a modern day twist in a comfortable, cozy atmosphere, this is where you should dine.
