What is the Lisbon City Tax 🏙️?

The Lisbon City Tax is a mandatory fee for all guests staying in the city. It’s €4 per person, per night, for up to 7 nights, and applies to guests aged 13 and older.
This fee is separate from your booking total and needs to be paid before check-in. You can easily make the payment via wire transfer or a credit card link—our team will assist you with the process!

What's the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is available from 3 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
To help us prepare for your arrival and departure, please share your expected times with us. If you’d like to request an early check-in or a late check-out, just let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

Where can a find my key?

When you arrive at the building, just use the code we’ve sent you at the main entrance.

A few steps ahead, you’ll find the lock boxes on the left. Simply enter the code (make sure the numbers are aligned), then press the black button to open.

And voilà! Your key to a great stay is ready for you. 😊

Your apartment will be located on the assigned floor and side—just follow the signs to find it easily.

Nearby options include the Avenida de Ceuta and Campolide Parking Lots, which provide secure parking and are great for longer stays or when street parking isn’t available.

Check with our staff if it's a capsules machine or powder, and you can grab them at the mini market just around the corner. Make sure to use the right brand for a great Portuguese coffee experience ☕—perfectly paired with a pastel de nata 🥮! Enjoy!

To keep things tidy and comfortable for all our guests, please dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins on the street. You’ll find them just down the road on the left, and there’s also a recycling center for separating recyclables from general waste.

Where should i Drop-Off the key After Check-Out?

Please leave the key back in the lockbox designated for your check-in. The code will remain the same, as we only change it after your stay.

If the key is lost or left inside the apartment, a charge may apply to cover the replacement cost.
