Fran was professional, always available and went the extra mile for us. Truly wanted us to be happy with our choice. He was very knowledgeable answering all our questions and concerns in a timely manner and really paid attention to the details which impressed me the most. Fran was there for us every step of the way from recommendations of properties, showings, offers, the buy and all the steps leading up to and including closing and moving in. He’s was super helpful making the process enjoyable in reaching our new home that we’re very happy with. Fran was the absolute best agent, he assisted us with our first home purchase. Fran was not only professional, but our experience was flawless and he is there every step of the way. He genuinely cares about each client and their needs and we bought the perfect house and couldn’t have done it without his hard work. Specifically he had trustworthy people on his team that helped us throughout our mortgage approval and explanation. He also was readily available if there were any questions about showings, pricing, and he did his research before each showing so we were well informed. We went into each showing knowing what to expect, which made it this process stress free and enjoyable.
