Nathan is just amazing. I learnt a couple of really neat Latte arts in my first hour with him. Highly recommend him if you’re a coffee hobbyist like me.

we took a 1 day latte art class and it was fun. we learned a lot about coffee and how to make those gorgeous latte arts we see in coffee shops and we learned about the basics of coffee and the froth used and the time and temperature you need to make the perfect latte art. thanks to nathan coffee school for the short course. 😊☕️

My wife and I took Nathan's one day latte art class to do something fun for our one year anniversary. From the beginning, it was clear that Nathan was very knowledgeable about coffee, and he kept us engaged and interested throughout the whole session. Though we were beginners, Nathan's methods of teaching were extremely comprehensive, and I was able to learn way more techniques than I initially thought we would have time for. The entire hour and a half was filled with fun learning and plenty of practice time. At the end, Nathan (to our surprise) presented us with a certificate of completion with our names handwritten on it. He even included the name of our unborn child as a sweet gesture. Overall, my wife and I had an amazing time, and we would 100% recommend Nathan's classes for anyone looking to learn something new, or to have a really great time making latte art. I'd recommend this over other latte art/coffee classes as it was just my wife and I, as opposed to other classes where we would have been joined by other groups and not have had as much time to personally learn from the instructor.

I had a private barista class with Nathan. He tailored the session based off my previous experience and skills I wanted to improve on. His teaching was very clear and concise and by the end of the session I felt confident with the tulip latte art. Nathan was very chatty and friendly. I enjoyed the whole experience, couldn’t recommend more. Thank you!

Definitely recommended for both aspiring professionals and coffee lovers who want to understand more about the process. I've always had troubles working out what is wrong with some poor coffees that I have been served over the years so decided that a basic barista course would enable me to both appreciate what I drank more, plus be able to give accurate feedback. Nathan came up trumps in both regards. He's a great teacher who obviously loves his job and I now know more of what to look out for when sizing up a new café, or in fact to listen out for while waiting for my coffee to be served. It definitely helped that this was a one-to-one tutorial for the 100 minutes. People wishing to make a career in the industry would need more time and practice, and Nathan's operation caters for single sessions or multi-sessions, plus single attendees or small groups. His machines are well cared for and the place is kept clean and tidy, something that he emphasised was a prime requirement in the industry. His seventeen years of experience show. A convenient location in the inner west, close to public transport, and plenty of parking options (the shopping centre next door has free parking, plus there's paid street parking). Nathan was easy to deal with, and easy to learn from, and from my point of view it was definitely money well spent. Highly recommended.

We attended Nathan’s coffee and latte art class today and it was such an incredible experience. Nathan was just divine from beginning to end. He is such a kind human and extremely talented. In just one class he was able to teach us so much, and he made the whole experience so enjoyable and fun. You can truly see the love and passion he has for coffee and for teaching. It made the class feel very personal and special. We have already recommended him to our friends and would 100% recommend this class to anyone interested in coffee or latte art.
