ENGLISH: I work from the wisdom women have kept for generations: food born from the earth, healing herbs, the body's natural rhythms, birth as a sacred act and postpartum as a time of deep care. I weave this ancestral medicine with my certified training: tradition and science walking together.

Soy tu acompañante continua durante el embarazo, parto y postparto: apoyo emocional, físico e informativo. Soy doula certificada en Estados Unidos tambien. No sustituyo al personal médico. Mi trabajo es acompañarte y darte las herramientas, el tuyo es usarlas para alcanzar los resultados que deseas. El poder siempre es tuyo, yo camino a tu lado.
ENGLISH: I'm your continuous companion through pregnancy, birth and postpartum: emotional, physical and informational support. I'm also a US-certified doula. I don't replace your medical team. My job is to accompany you and give you the tools, yours is to use them to reach the results you desire. The power is always yours; I walk beside you.

It's nourishing yourself according to the phases of your menstrual cycle, pregnancy or postpartum, with whole foods. We work from the root, including the emotional root, with a functional, non-weight-centered approach.

Your weight is not the goal nor the measure of your health. We focus on how you feel: your energy, your hormones, your digestion and your relationship with food.

Estoy en Cusco, Perú y disponible para viajar al extranjero para acompañar partos, tambien soy doula certificada en los Estados Unidos. La nutrición cíclica y el acompañamiento 1:1: es virtual, desde donde estés.
