The evaluation will be 90 minutes and is designed to establish a comprehensive performance baseline of your athlete's current fielding and/or hitting abilities. This session allows me to assess key components necessary for long-term development and to set individualized, measurable training goals.
Areas of evaluation will include game IQ, defensive skill set (fielding, footwork, glove work), posture and movement efficiency, coordination, throwing mechanics, hitting mechanics, and overall athleticism. This holistic assessment ensures that all athletes training plan is strategically tailored to their current abilities while supporting safe, effective, and sustainable performance growth.
