Throughout my tenancy journey Karibu has been absolutely exceptional and very accommodating with me and my daughter’s needs and issues. There was a period a few months back when I had a gas scare and the companies in charged dropped the ball. They turned my gas of for safety procedures but didn't assist me properly and gave me the run around for over a week before they put my gas back on.

However, that very unsatisfactory experience and feeling was short lived. Thats because once I brought it to Karibu's attention I felt genuinely heard, was supported from all the colleagues I spoke with and was even compensated. To me, they're a glowing company and I can't fault them but in fact celebrate them and there hands on support to me and other tenants.

I came to the office personally ! Met with Kez he was very kind,  he took down the details of my problems ! All the emails were sent to the relevant departments !  So I will be waiting for further steps to solve my problems that were hanging for quite sometime.

Here we go after my last review!! Non of my issues were solved after 20 years living in this house I never had a shower and I have a separate taps in both toilets! All I get is different ppl coming to my accommodation to have a look or to come for the wrong job that I never requested for ! Toilets were never replaced! I moved here to a used toilet and am still as per them not due to change till 2029 ! I requested for a shower and changing sinks as minimum! Nothing happened ! But I will not let go this time as the more quiet you r the more no one cares.

No hot water for four months, reluctant to fix the problem. Completely unreliable service — about as useful as a white crayon.
