As always whenever I find a need to contact Julie Weaver’s State Farm Office I have received EXCELLENT Customer Service.  Representatives are always friendly.  If they are unable to answer a question they research your question and promptly give you a call back with the requested information.  I have been a Client of this Agency since the 1980’s.  Excellent Customer Service is one of the main reasons I have remained a client.

I have been very pleased with my experience working with Julie Weaver.  Julie and her team are trustworthy and quick to help with questions and things that come up.  Just recently we put an offer on a house and wanted to know how that would potentially change our rates and insurance needs.  Her team handled my questions and gave me estimates even after finding out we didn't get the house, knowing it would be helpful for the next opportunity.  They truly want to satisfy their customers!

When I was ready to give up on all p&c insurance companies- they pulled through. No overselling, no pushy hard sales, they actually answer the phone and sound happy. I must have called 20 different agencies. FINALLY- GOODBYE All State (they found creative ways to hold me captive) and hello to quality customer service at fair prices from people who understand the local market! Couldn’t be happier and I waited 3 weeks to post this to be sure it all went smoothly. Happy to say not a single problem. Kaylee did a fantastic job!
