How should I fill out the digital liability waiver?

Most digital waivers must be completed using the PARTICIPANT’S information. Please fill out all digital waivers with your participant’s name and details so that when it’s time to climb or bounce, they only need to provide their own name. 🙂

What time is drop off and pick up?

Our programming day ends at 1:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted, we aim to have all participants arrive at the Concow pool between 1:00 and 1:30 PM. On days with longer travel times, we will communicate directly with families regarding pickup location and timing.

How will I know about changes or field trips?

Accepted Answer

Our staff works closely with Spring Valley School staff to ensure that families are promptly notified of any major schedule or programming changes. When necessary, updates will be communicated through email, phone calls, or text messages to all participant families.
