Stephen Rothwell of Winkworth Wimbledon has been a refreshing aspect of an otherwise challenging experience. Looking for a property is always stressful especially with this being my first; and so, when you encounter agents that are not just agents, but human beings, not just seeing you as commission but a fellow person, in need of help and a positive experience, meeting someone like Stephen reminds one of how the standard should be. Stephen stands out for his truly human approach, his deep understanding of the local property market and determination. In addition, Stephen demonstrates a very high ethical standard; honest, integral and transparent, always providing clear explanations and keeping me informed throughout the process – good and (more often) the bad. Although this sale did not complete, it was good to have him on side. Thank you, Stephen, you made all the difference.

We are pleased we chose Winkworth Wimbledon to find a tenant for our apartment. All arrangements were organised by their staff, no fuss, documentation was taken care in line with tenancy requirements and it all went smoothly. Thank you Winkworth.

We had such a great experience renting through Winkworth! They were the most understanding agency we spoke to and really listened to what we were looking for. It felt like they genuinely cared and gave us some really helpful advice along the way — would definitely recommend!
