I originally had concerns stemming from a previous dryer vent service through this company’s sister company, along with some confusion regarding the scope of work and billing on a recent visit. Because of those experiences, I was frustrated and left feeling uncertain about the service I had received.<br><br>However, after speaking directly with the owner, I was genuinely impressed by how the situation was handled. He listened to my concerns, took ownership of the issues, and promptly arranged for a return visit to ensure everything was addressed properly. That level of accountability and customer service is something you don’t always see.<br><br>I also want to specifically recognize Cash, the technician. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful both during the original visit and when he returned. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being performed.<br><br>Mistakes can happen with any company, but what matters is how they respond when concerns are brought to their attention. From start to finish, Fresh Air did an amazing job! Cash arrived for the consultation, he was able to work our appointment in earlier which was perfect. He was thorough in his inspection, knowledgeable about the issues we had with our air duct, and recommended the best solution to ensure our air ducts were cleaned effectively. He was very professional and respectful. The crew- Juan, Andrew, and Aydan -took great care of our home. They were informative and made sure every aspect of the cleaning was taken care of thoroughly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the work. Will definitely be referring Fresh Air to friends and family.

Jonathon was very courteous and professional during his inspection. He was very thorough and clearly explained the treatment packages for the cleaning I needed. Jonathon was friendly and conversational during his visit. He was able to schedule the service for later the same day, which I appreciated very much. Jose and his co-worker (sorry I don’t remember his name) arrived on time for the appointment. I was impressed by the amount of prep work they didn’t before the cleaning. There was plastic literally protecting everything in my home. I was equally impressed with the time they spent cleaning up. Vent covers are now sparkling clean, they vacuumed and swept the floors even though they had been covered with the plastic. Both employees were efficient, professional and courteous throughout the time at my home. Jose emailed me before and after pictures of their work. Great job by everyone!
